Hey, I'm Max! Welcome to my Snap Lab. See that water molecule already sitting there? I built it by snapping two hydrogens onto one oxygen. Every kind of atom has its own number of bonding hands — carbon gets four, oxygen gets two, hydrogen only gets one. Drag an atom out of the tray, then drag it onto another atom on the bench. If both still have a free hand, they'll snap together with a little sparkle. If one's already full, they'll bounce apart instead — no harm done, just try someone else. Tap a bond to make it stronger, turning it into a double or even a triple bond. Build the right atoms together and you might discover a real molecule, like carbon dioxide, or even caffeine. Ready?
